Kuwait sets KD 60 minimum wage for private sector workers

According to KUNA, Kuwait sets KD 60 as the minimum wage for the private sector workers. Is this going to be of any use? At the end of it, the poor cleaning company staff and others will end up in getting only 20-30 kd after all the cutting.

These guys will end up in paying huge sum of money at thier home and come here only to realize that the offered salary is not going to be paid here.
