Opportunities for 3 years experienced Indian S/w engineer(J2EE) in Kuwait

Hi everybody there! 

I'm Gangadhar, a 3 years experienced S/W engineer working on an ERP product/J2EE platform in India. I'm trying out my best to search for suitable positions in Kuwaiti IT companies. And I'd like to have a REALITY CHECKbefore leaving India for Kuwait.          

Those who're already working in Kuwaiti IT firms, can u please throw some light on the opportunities , pros & cons of an IT job in Kuwait.
