Fasttelco crazy pricing for home DSL

I was trying to build a comparison sheet in Kuwaitstay.com about the DSL internet costs in Kuwait. Surprisingly I found some interesting pricing at FastTelco site

see the image: the 6 months charge for a 1mbps connection is 174.200 KD. Don't know what is that 200 fils doing there :). However, the one year subscription of the same connections costs on 156 KD... Again.. 174.200 for 6 months and only 156 for one year...

Another one is on the 2 mbps... 3 months costs 261.750 fils while one year costs only 226 KD.... Is this a sales magic from fasttelco or a typo error in the site?
