residence visa
My friend Ieft kuwait on 28th oct 2011 without cancelling residence visa.now his visa is valid up to 15-02-2013 Can he enter again with new sponser. if not what is the solution to cancel visa for re entering. please send a email with breif. Thanks for helping us.Reply as soon as possible.

It is not possible for him to get a new visa / work permit while one exists. You will have to contact his existing company and get the visa cancelled.
