Does anybody knows the exact procedure for the attestation of PCC from Kuwait embasssy in India? Do I need to attest it first by a State notary and then by Home Under Secretary before giving it for Kuwait embassy attestation?
Dear Sir, I have applied for PCC in SSP office in Visakha Patnam. Once I get
the Certificate shall I come in Person to Kuwait embassy-India to get the
attestation to go to Kuwait? or by Post also can get?

take the pcc from your police
take the pcc from your police office and sent it thru some agent or go in person to Kuwait embasy. I dont thik they will service you thru post
