Are the visa rules getting changed?
Arabtimes had a news content on the new visa rules for kuwait
The sources indicated that residents who are on the articles No 17 (governmental sector) and No 18 (private sector) can bring their relatives through visit visa provided the salary of the resident is a minimum of KD 150 or more.
The sources explained residents on articles No 19 and 24, and those who are exempted from the salary condition will be permitted to bring their relatives, provided the person being invited is the husband, the wife, the parent, the brother, the father-in-law or the mother-in-law.
Finally, the sources reiterated residents must earn salaries from KD 200 and above, while the tourist or family visits period is 90 days.
The period cannot be renewed except in cases of critical sickness. The duration for commercial visits is two months which cannot be renewed, the sources said.

It seems to me that there are going to be so many changes planned for the new visa rules. Reducing the salary requirement from 250 to 150 and increasing the family visit visa duration from 30 days to 90 days.
If this is true, this will help lots of Indians in Kuwait to get their families here
