Good day,

I'm planning to get a drivers license? My Basic salary is kd500 and I am staying more than 2 years in Kuwait. but I'm having problem with my degree? need to be attested in our embassy. the process of authentication in our embassy will take more than two months. If I'll go to the traffic office without the my degree attested is there any chances for me?

I am an indian,working in kuwait as a secretary for past 5 years, I need to apply for driving licence, I am single and have a child 9 years old dependent on myself and my work permit is of KD.400/- with secretary position, I have an Indian driving licence attested here ,but I do not have a university degree.

can you please reply to me urgently, if I can get the istimara then where do I go first, if I have an residential address of Al -Surra on my civil ID. go to driving school or where first?

And what has to be written in the NOC from company?

 Iam University degree holder (bachelor in arts) working last four years in kuwait my salary total 450 kd & my cetificate attestataion finished, iam working as like land surveyor, iam  have one doubt iam not engg  is any university degree holder chances to take driving licenses
