Google India had the logo for today as it is the 61st Republic Day of India. The logo resembles the performance by the SuryaKiran air performance team. 
Google doodle for Kuwait when checked today. Either it is a mistake by Google as they might have got mixed up with the Indian Republic day or it is that they got it mixed with February 26.
