Details:

Family Affidavit : 6.600
Attestation from MoI: 6.000
Visa stamp cost : 3.000
Medical tests: ~20KD
Insurance: 41KD
1st year residency - 100KD (subsequent years 10 KD each year)
Civil ID :10 KD for first time(not 100% sure)(2 KD per subsequent)

Cost in India... not 100% sure the rates now...

Medical in India : INR 2000-3500 (depending on location)
Stamping cost in India : INR 3500-5000 (including charges of the agency)
