I went to india without cancelling kuwait visa.Visa expired august 2008. Is it possible to comback kuwait,there is any possiblity company make complaint against me in shoon. who can give me good answer.
I presume that your visa is visa 18. In that case, there are two things you should have done before you left Kuwait. Residency Cancellation and Cancelling the work permit. In your case, the work permit is not cancelled. The visa is cancelled automatically after the 6 months period.
To cancel the work permit, you should contact your earlier company, may be thru friends or relatives. Once it is cancelled, then only the new company will be able to provide you the visa.

its not run away..I went to India for emergency, they allow me only one week, when I reach there I request for one more week my mail, company not reply,as per team mate I understand they put notice my service terminated,and they did something from shoon,(may not enter until company visa expired).they have to pay my two month salary if I go back also leave salary.If there any solution for canceling ID please explain.Company may be not do,all most all peaople made case against them,after that and previous engineers also suffered like me, some of them go like me.
