it depends on the employer... if the employer is credible, its a good option otherwise not. Nobody is expected to be an employee under the visit visa rules, so you might not even stand a chance in the court. However, this is a common practice here. So if you trust the employer, then go ahead.
I do agree with Lonason.. Secure your job thru' ur work visa n Do not Resign unless n untill you are sure about company & Ask to confirm thru Mail from company.. Best Luck..Viky
