I am Remy Thomas George, now at kuwait in visit visa. i want to change it to dependent visa, what all procedures should i follow to get this dependent visa ?

Welcome to Kuwait. Visit visa conversion to dependent visa was possible at some point in time. Not sure if the same is valid now. If it is valid, you will have to approach the passport / jawasat office near you and apply for the same. You will have to pay a fee in addition to the normal fee since you are here in visit visa.
