How will I get transfer

Respected Friends,

 I am having a shoun visa as I am going next month on vacation as I am not satisfied with the salary as all are having more salary thenme as I feel a shame as working as a recp and smart in english and computers a simple bellboy is having more than me so sir I taught of completing my one year and then ask for transfer if possible sir now suggest me as visas are close may I put my akama with th esame boss or just leave or go to the labour law for transfer is it possible for me to get transfer from this situation as my boss name is not so good in the market also.Please do suggest me asap thank you,
