How Leave Salary is being Paid

Pl let me know as how Leave salary is being paid & can u pl send me its Law

As i am working under Man power supply to a Contractor & have completed 9 months

now am i eligible for claiming this Leave salary if yes pl tell me its formula?

If no then what should be the duration?
