Is this a Good Offer to be Accepted for a fresher

i am 25 years
I have qualified Masters degree in Commerce and Qualified ICWA and had one year experiance as Cost Accountant in India .
Now i got an Offer From a Trading & Contracting company in kuwait - Shuaiba Industrial Area-Ahmadi 61001

Post : Accountant
Benefits : 200 kd + Bachelor Accomodation + travel + Insurance

Am a vegetarian , since the company is not providng food how much is it required for Food in kuwait per month ?

is this a good Offer to be Accepted

Hello Aravind,

Welcome to Kuwait. The offer is not a bad one if you are ok with the savings. You would b spending around 30-40KD for food 3-5 KD for phone another 10KD for miscellaneous activities if you live a moderate life. in that case you would be saving almost 130-140 KD.

Being an accountant should be able to do a P&L of your investment in terms of cost to come here and benefit assessment with in one year.

For a fresher its an OK pay.

For a fresher its an OK pay. This may not be the case if you are experienced and your earning potential in your home country is at par or above...

salary seems OK  in the begining.

 

Are you aware of the increament process in kuwait?

 

Do you know job change eligibility & proceedure in kuwait.

 

Try to know the details of above points. 

 

Because I am working in kuwait , Luck and wasta (influence) is more important here .

I cannot agree more with

I cannot agree more with Prakash and what he mentioned is abosolutly correct. If you don't know these details, its a challenge in getting promotions or increments. I know many people joined as clerk and left the company as clerk.
