Salmiya is a place where you fin lot of Indians. But it depends on your work location. There are lot of areas you will find Indian communities. 2000KD is a pretty good salary in Kuwait. If you are of moderate living life style, you will save about 1500 KD easily.
I have seen Dish TV, Tata Sky and Airtell working good here in Kuwait. Not sure about others... The reception may vary based on the locations.. not sure if all of Kuwait has the same kind of reception
