How much is the salary of an Indian Female (residing in Kuwait from past 3 years & have degree certficates attested)required to apply for a driving License- its is 400Kd or 450 Kd? If the company sponsor is not ready to sign the Papers for Isthamara, is there any way it can be sorted out?
