Specific to your cost of living in Kuwait, it all depends on where you will stay(Salmiya is costly, but other locations are less costly) You will want to stay close to your work.

Accomodation, if sharing can cost from 50KD-125KD and 150-200KD for studio/1BHK apartment

3 times food from outside means 50 KD a month minimum. There are places you get monthly deals.

Travelling using bus would not cost much, 10KD maximum, but if you are commuting only between office and home, then you can arrange for transport, which will cost around 15 KD and will get pickup and drop near your house and office unlike buses

Many can manage with 5 KD a month for telephone charges

Grocery would be needed if you cook at home, wihich can come within 40 KD

When sharing, electricity must be included in the rent, otherwise it would be annual cost which turns to be a monthly cost of 2-5 KD

TV depeneds on what you need, you could bring in BIG TV or Airtel or Dish TV and that would be the better option

Internet can cost around 20 KD a month on unlimted plan. how ever, if the place you share have internet or the building has the free internet it would be included in the internet
